I didn't realize that such modern examples of architecture could make the UNESCO list of special sites. For some reason, I'd always assumed that only old or ancient buildings could be considered and honored thus. But now that I know, it makes sense. One only has to look at this unique structure for a minute to understand why it deserves such recognition.
