I wonder when I'll finally get around to scaling the tower. It would be nice to see it from a different, off-the-ground angle, like this one. Pretty. But pretty high, I assume. And open-air. Which I'm not sure will help or heighten my fear of heights! Guess there's only one way to find out.

I'm afraid of heights, too, but I couldn't pass up the chance to go to the top. It's wonderful -- go on a clear evening when there's still a little light in the sky, but after the streetlights come on. I can't wait to see the photos you get! :)
ReplyDeleteOkay. But if you could have seen me queasy and reduced to crawling off the little baby cliff-hanger of a balcony at Villa Cimbrone in Ravello, you might retract your recommendation. It was, in a word, pathetic.
