This is just the sort of scene I'm looking forward to exploring with my own camera this fall. Can't get enough of those eye-popping colors and architectural details that you just don't typically find here in California, where I'm from.

I'm not usually a fan of HDR - it typically looks fake and overdone, to me - but this example is superb! Love the processing and composition of this street scene from Old Nice. And as I'll be there later this fall, a real inspiration. Can't wait!

Hello there! Long time, I know. But I think that what with life so busy these days, I'm going to try something new with this blog, rather than allow it to whither and die on the vine. So now, rather than relying on finding the free time to surf and favorite Flickr images to post, I'm going to mix in the fixin's here with links to incredible images or relevant virtual vacation content that I StumbleUpon.
