I've not yet had the pleasure of going to Greece in the flesh, but this photo captures perfectly the intimate essence of exactly the way I imagine its isles must look and feel. The perspective here is lovely. Doesn't it seem that you could just reach out and touch the bougainvillea? Maybe break off a bit and tuck it behind your ear. Close your eyes and feel the sun warm your face.

  1. I have been to Santorini, and this image really brings up memories of that island. Love the bougainvillea in the foreground. Great shot.
