The picture was taken at the peak of a sunset climb to the Tsambika monastery in Rhodes island. The view is worth the climb especially because of the mountains, but if you go to the edge of the cliffs and have a zoom in your camera you can get shots like that of the shallow beach and the bathers below.
ReplyDeleteThe monastery is a place of pilgramage for childless women and every year in September many gather here and climb up on there knees.
