Enough Greece. I was on a real kick there, the last few days. But can one really ever tire of a place so peaceful and perfect? I think not. But a brief break and a little distance will only make the heart grow fonder, and we'll be back on the beaches of Crete and elsewhere in the Greek Isles, soon enough. To answer your question: this picture was taken after a trip to "Chrissi island",
a very small island near Ierapetra. If you (re)visit Crete, you MUST go there.
It's heaven on earth. The color of the water is... indescribable beautiful. It's quiet, it's warm, it's...perfect!
